Our vision
A generation of Nordic legislators who lead across borders.
The Nordic Young Parliamentarians Network brings together elected members under the age of forty from across the region. We share what works, build friendships that outlast electoral cycles, and carry Nordic cooperation into a new generation.

Exchange
Cross-Border Committees
Working groups on the questions that do not stop at a border: energy, security, migration, the Arctic, and the digital single market.
Democracy School
An induction curriculum for newly elected members under forty, run with the region's parliamentary institutions.
Annual Conference
The network's flagship gathering, hosted each year by a member parliament in a Nordic capital.
What members receive
Member support.
More than a meeting. Practical infrastructure for young legislators who have already won office and now need the tools to govern, communicate, and stay effective. Members receive the following support, delivered in phases with the Centre for Youth Policy.

A digital constituency office: a professional member website, verified profile, communications templates, contact forms, and newsletter and broadcast systems.

Governance capacity
A research support desk, a speech and question bank, monthly policy briefings, and model motions and committee questions.

Constituency service
A casework and issue tracker, constituency surveys, town-hall templates, and annual report templates.

Political sustainability
A re-election and career toolkit, peer advisory circles, and staff, intern and fellow matching for under-resourced offices.

Visibility and credibility
Member profiles, op-eds and podcast opportunities, regional spotlights, and a formal membership certificate and digital badge.

Protection and resilience
Digital security audits, misinformation response, crisis communications support, and online-harassment guidance.

Regional and global access
Expert office hours, fellowship and opportunity intelligence, and access to UN and development-sector events across the Nordics and beyond.
Most services roll out through 2027 and are available to active members. Provided with the Centre for Youth Policy.
